With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing power conversion products, Shun Shing diversified into OEM business in 1988. We have rich experience in dealing with manufacturers concerning custom specifications.

In 1983, we were one of the earliest Hong Kong based manufacturers to move our production to China to lower our production costs without compromising our quality. Ten years later, our new factory complex, composed of three blocks, was completed, providing 8,000 sq. m. of space. This site is located in Dongguan, which is only a 2-hour drive from Hong Kong.

ISO Certification
In 1996, Shun Shing's facilities in Hong Kong and China successfully obtained ISO 9002:1994 certification, and in 2002, we upgraded to ISO 9001:2000.

Production Capacity
The production capacity reaches 2-3.5 million units a month with the hard work of our 600-member production staff, 50 management and technical staff members with five whom are engineers responsible for product development.

R&D / Equipment List
On our factory site, we are equipped with plastic injection and metal punching facilities, and it is supported by our knowledgeable engineers specializing in mould development. Our other major equipments consist of polyurethane enameled wire winding machines, ultrasonic welding machines, and hi-pot testing machines. For high-speed assembly of surface-mount components onto PCBs, we have a chip mounter and wave-soldering machine (imported from Japan). With in-house facilities for plastic and metal parts, we can conveniently make the customized designs required of us.

With ample experience in OEM commodity projects such as power adapters, switching power supplies and transformers used in video game consoles and portable CD players, our company is also capable of handling the electrical needs other household products. Our major OEM customers include such renown firms: Philips, Sagem, NEC, Motorola, Miltel, Jabil, 3Com and Mitsubishi (some dealt through agents).

Quality Assurance
To further enhance our incoming inspection, in-process quality control and outgoing quality inspection scores, a strict QC scheme was adopted at our company. We have more than 20 staff members in the IQC and FQA office, and more than five IPQC staff members stationed at each production line, all wearing orange uniform. Incoming and outgoing QA control is performed in accordance with MIL STD-105E (critical: 0; major: 0.4; minor: 1.5).
