Kar Wi Electronics Development Limited., is a serious quality manufacturer of : MP3, MP3/CD Players, VCD/MP3/CD PLAYERS, Digital & Analogue Radio, FM Scan & Pocket Radios, Cassette Players & Recorders, and various OEM models for our clients worldwide.
Our products are manufactured in factories in Southern China, employing over 4,000 workers in our own factories & on sub-contract basis, as well as a number of engineers and Q.C. teams overseeing production operations in China. We have our own Research and Development department, supported by Designer Engineers and Mould Making Department.
Our products meet with consumer safety, international norms and standards, of UL or ETL or VDE or BS electrical standards, and FCC or CE radiation emission requirements. We have our own inspection and Q.C. (quality control) team from Hong Kong.
Delivery: 45-60 days for normal quantity orders. Larger quantity orders or buyers own brand name or special requirements from buyers, delivery is subject to 60-90 days.
Quality Standard: Our products are made in international military standards A.Q.L. (Acceptable Quality Levels) of 2.5% major and 4% minor. Experienced importers will take this into their marketing planning. We do not provide after sales service or spare parts. However buyers may buy spare parts from us at cost and we shall provide service manuals for their service departments.
Terms of Payment: For Samples orders or any order under US$ 15,000.00 buyers are requested to remit this amount by T.T. to our bankers for our company account. Over US$ 15,000.00, buyers are requested to open clean L/C at sight, valid for 15 days beyond shipment dates.
OEM Services: We are equipped with research, development, engineering and mould making departments, we have full capability of providing OEM Services to any buyer for project related to consumer product of plastic moulding or metal parts and/or electronics of any kind.
